ROOMS
The St. John Villa has 7 bedrooms and is therefore suitable to accommodate quite numerous groups.

Standard double rooms are on the first and second floors and are equipped with double or twin beds and have a private bathroom with bath or shower , hair dryer, 32 inch LCD TV. Some rooms have air conditioning. There is also the possibility of adding a third bed.

The suite is located on the second floor and has a balcony that overlooks our private garden where you can enjoy a hot snack prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The room has a double bed and a sofa bed. It is equipped with a 32 inch LCD television , private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer.

The attic is equipped with a kitchenette, air conditioning, 32 inch LCD TV, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer. The private terrace is the ideal place for a relaxing afternoon in the sun of Rome, or to enjoy the cool evening.

All over the bed and breakfast wi –fi connection is free.

THE GARDEN
Our garden is definitely an added value for our guests. First, it isolates it from external noise and also provides an ideal micro-climate even during the hottest seaso . It 's the ideal place to relax while sipping a glass of wine or a cool drink. At guests' disposal there is also a barbecue on which to prepare a barbecue and a wood burning oven. During the summer, breakfast is served in the garden.
